Easy Things You Can Do

The sponsors of The Breast Cancer Site donate free mammograms to underprivileged women based on the number of clicks on the site. This is a really easy way for you to help make sure that more women receive the gift of early detection. It takes less than a minute and is free to go to their site and click on the pink "Donating a Mammogram" button in the middle of the page.

Another easy thing to do is to buy Breast Cancer Stamps. They are $.45 each, but everything over the first class rate goes to support breast cancer research. Visit the United States Postal Service Breast Cancer Research Stamp webpage.

If you live in Florida, you can support research within the State by buying the Breast Cancer License Plate. The plates cost an additional $27, $25 of which goes to the Florida Breast Cancer Coalition Research Foundation for funding grants to Florida organizations involved in breast cancer research. To find out more about the plate, visit your local tag agency or click on this link Florida Breast Cancer Coalition Research Foundation License Tag.

Sometimes the urge to do something overwhelmingly fun and unexpected just seizes hold of Deb. Here she is at a party, planting a kiss on the cheek of surprised waiter who had complimented her just seconds before. This is Deb with Bonnie Ross Parker. Deb and Bonnie originally met online and quickly became good friends. She an example of the people, all over the country, who took on breast cancer walks and supported Deb in many ways. This is Deb with two good friends, Eva Marie Everson and Linda Evans Shepherd.
